A beautiful, relaxing, "cooling effect in the summer" like aroused emotions of the elves with their ears and tails in a rocky beach cave with clammy cool water inside.

Apparently this image was done using vue 4 (demo) and poser, where a collection of elves spend most of the day when the sun gets a bit to hot, they lie in the cave, on the wet floor and wet bodies on top of , loving each other... here you see technology blended in there natural surroundings.
